Today was another great day. We
visited the UPS headquarters. I learned that ups meant united parcel service. I
really enjoyed the lunch we had with Ms.Janice and Ms.Catara. Ms.Janice has
been working for UPS for 25 years and Ms.Catara has been with UPS for 3 years.
After lunch we went into a conference room to learn more about UPS. UPS has
8.8 million costumers daily. Also they do not put their names on anything like
stadiums. They don't really believe in competition. UPS likes helping with the
community and other foundations that get the community involved. Organizations
such as CARE, The Boys and Girls Club , and so many other organizations. Did
you know UPS drivers have gone for 30 years without any accidents? Well I
actually learned that today. It was quite fascinating because 30
years is a
pretty long time.

I never knew this about UPS. Also, it is great that they have safe drives and have not had any accidents in 30 years. That's amazing! Continue your ATL journey and learn as much as you can.
