Today at UPS

Today at UPS we had a wonderful time. We met with Ms. Janice AND Ms. Kentara. We had lunch. At lunch I had a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich and a salad. We talked about the number of transportation vehicles they had. They had 99,000 trucks, and about 500 airplanes. They have over 8.8 million customers a day. UPS was founded in 1907 by a teenager who wanted to help his and other families get thing all round the world so he came up with UPS which stand for United Parcel Services. They have shipped lots of things the biggest thing they have ever ship was a whale because they had to get a big cage and keep the whale in water so it can survive. We also met Mr. Frank who worked there for 39 years so he told us about how he got started in the company. He got started because he was working for this packaging company and he was the only one working to his best ability so UPS wanted him to work for them so he got hired and been working there every since that day. But one word of advice was to “ALWAYS DO YOUR JOB TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY”.
